Tate started his personal fitness journey at the age of 13 years old, and has dedicated over 10+ years working and serving people in the fitness industry. He takes his knowledge and skill acquired over these years to help change lives through Performance Arc.

He has served thousands of people. Whether it is through hands on coaching, education videos on social media, or simply providing people a space to workout, he’s made it his mission to help people experience the positive impact fitness can provide on their lives.

In his free time, Tate enjoys creating memories with his wife, Mykia, and their daughter, Ella, often embarking on small family adventures.
